These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LearnLingo (learn.thedigitalmouth.com), operated by TheDigitalMouth. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

LearnLingo provides online language-learning courses, an AI-powered tutor, and related content, for both a Free plan and a paid Premium plan. Course content is created for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for formal certification unless explicitly stated.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you before you sign up.

3. Free and Premium plans

The Free plan includes five foundation lessons per language at no cost, with no card required. Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks the complete course path, including grammar, conversation practice, business language, and exam preparation. Prices are shown at checkout in USD; you can cancel a Premium subscription at any time, and your Free-plan lessons remain accessible regardless.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers (including PayPal and manual UPI transfer, where offered). We do not store your full card or bank details. Manual UPI payments are verified by us before Premium access is activated, which may take up to 24 hours.

5. AI Tutor

The AI Tutor feature uses third-party AI services to generate responses, lessons, and feedback. While we aim for helpful and accurate answers, AI-generated content can occasionally be incorrect - use your judgment, especially for anything exam-critical.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't share your account credentials or resell access to courses.
• Don't copy, redistribute, or republish course content without permission.
• Don't use the AI Tutor to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

8. Changes to the service

We may update, add, or remove features, courses, or languages over time. We'll try to give notice of significant changes that affect paid subscribers.

9. Limitation of liability

LearnLingo is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
